We also undertake commercial building contracts – in the form of refurbishment of buildings, improvements, factory building/refurbs.

Examples of our work include the construction of new petrol stations at Corby and Market Harborough, and the renovation / rebuild of Zizzi restaurant and associated offices and shop in Market Harborough.

Last year we provided extensive refurbishments to a local restaurant and we are currently undertaking a comprehensive factory refurbishment locally.
